Introducing The Carter XL Messenger, for those with a lot to carry. Expertly crafted in rich chestnut Saddle leather which just gets better with age, this handsomely well-appointed bag is ideal for both work and leisure. Lift the magnetised flap and there is a large slip pocket underneath, while the main compartment is zipped shut for added security, just like the large pocket on the reverse.
Lined in Cotton Twill with leather trim, the generous, A4-compatible interior can carry papers and up to a 16” laptop within the body of the bag, while there is also an integrated padded tech sleeve ideal for a tablet, plus a wide zipped pocket and two slip pockets.
The sturdy webbing strap is fully adjustable for maximum comfort on your daily commute. If you’re lucky enough to be travelling further afield, the reverse features a leather handle to slip The Carter securely over the handle of your luggage trolley.

• Tech friendly OSPREY LONDON messenger bag, expertly crafted in Saddle leather. • Smart self-coloured stitching and gunmetal grey hardware throughout. • The foldover flap is embossed with the OSPREY LONDON logo. • The flap secures to the bag with a magnetic closure. • Hidden under the flap is a very large slip pocket. • On the reverse is a wide zipped pocket with leather zip-pull, along with a stitched seam detail. • A leather strap is on the reverse, to hang over a pull-along suitcase handle. • The adjustable self-coloured Canvas webbing strap has leather trims and is fixed to the bag with two gunmetal D-rings. • Adjust the strap using the slider buckle. • The main body of the bag is secured with a zip-top closure with leather zip-pull. • Lined in khaki Cotton Twill throughout. • Can hold up to a 16” laptop within the main body of the bag, or a 12” device within the padded sleeve compartment, which is secured to the interior with two elasticated tabs. • The interior also features a large, zipped pocket and two slip pockets, each framed in leather. • The OSPREY LONDON winged crest logo is framed in leather on the zipped pocket. • Flat sides and base help this bag stand unaided. • Comes with and OSPREY LONDON dustbag to protect the bag when not in use. • Always follow our leather care recommendations.

Size Guide
We measure our bags in centimetres, showing height x width x depth. The last measurement given in brackets shows the height of the handle or strap from the top of the bag to the inside top of the strap or handle: this measurement indicates whether it fits over the shoulder and how freely. Great if you're looking for a bag to go over a particularly bulky coat.
