Covid security for our warehouse & head office team
As you would expect, we are fully compliant with the government’s social distancing guidelines to keep everyone safe. We continue to follow the government guidelines on the wearing of masks and hand hygiene, plus we have hand sanitiser stations throughout our warehouse and offices.

STORES
Our stores are covid-secure
We are continuing to follow government guidelines and have completed a full risk assessment for all of our stores to ensure they are covid-secure for both you and our team members.
We are cleaning our stores regularly, with extra special care and attention to the busiest areas. You will see hand sanitisers at the entrance to each store and at the cash desk.
As the safety of our customers and our team is paramount, our team members in store are continuing to wear masks and we would be grateful if you could also do so in store unless you are medically exempt.
Cashless payments preferred
As with most retailers, as part of our covid-secure measures, cashless payments are preferred please. All credit and debit cards are accepted, and e-receipts are being given for purchases in store.
