SALES CONSULTANT - LONDON REGENT STREET
Department: Retail
Reporting to: Store Manager
Location: London Regent Street
Working hours: Flexible hours, as appropriate across Monday-Sunday and as necessitates the fulfilment of the role
Education requirements: Min GCSE English & Maths (Grade C & above)
Experience required: Ideally experience of working directly with the public and within a sales or customer focused environment
Core Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills
The ability to build great customer relationships
Demonstrate drive to achieve/exceed all set targets and key performance indicators
Genuine passion for luxury retailing
Ability to work under pressure
High standard of personal presentation
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT TO BE CONFINED TO:
• To provide an excellent customer experience in line with brand standards
• Processing sales through the correct till procedures
• Maintain store security policies and always be vigilant when on the shop floor – mindful of anti-theft initiatives and safety
• Develop understanding and knowledge of all Osprey London - features and benefits and communicate this knowledge to customers to maximise sales
• Facilitate and maintain highest standards of visual merchandising and cleanliness within the store in line with company standards
• Assist with the processing of new deliveries, highlighting any discrepancies in a timely fashion
• Maintain shop floor stock levels and replenish as appropriate
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
• Contribute with general store tasks as and when required
