PART-TIME SALES CONSULTANT - RADLETT
Where: Our Outlet Store in Battlers Green, Radlett
When: 20 hours per week across 3 days, Monday to Sunday and bank holidays, as necessitates the fulfilment of the role
Reporting to: Store Manager
The Role...
To assist the Store Manager with sales, to ensure maximum profitability and compliance with company procedures.
Previous experience within the luxury retail sector required, minimum GCSE English & Maths (Grade C & above)
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide an excellent customer experience in line with brand standards
- Process sales accurately through the correct till procedures
- Maintain store security policies and always be vigilant when on the shop floor – mindful of anti-theft initiatives and safety
- Develop knowledge of all OSPREY LONDON product, features and benefits and use this in communication to customers to maximise sales
- Facilitate and maintain high standards of visual merchandising and cleanliness within the store in line with company standards
- Assist with the processing of store deliveries, highlighting any discrepancies in a timely fashion
- Maintain shop floor stock levels and replenish as appropriate
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Contribute to general store tasks as and when required
