Function of the role:

To help create an excellent customer experience in store, in keeping with brand values as well as maximising sales opportunities.

Experience / Education Required:

Ideally experience of working directly with the public and within a sales or customer focused environment

Min GCSE English & Maths (Grade C & above)

Core Skills / Attributes

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• The ability to build great customer relationships

• Demonstrate drive to achieve/exceed all set targets and key performance indicators

• Genuine passion for luxury retailing

• Ability to work under pressure

• High standard of personal presentation

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT TO BE CONFINED TO:

• To provide an excellent customer experience in line with brand expectation

• Processing sales through the correct till procedures

• Maintain store security policies and always be vigilant when on the shop floor

• Develop understanding and knowledge of all Osprey London products and communicate this knowledge to customers

• Facilitate and maintain highest standards of visual merchandising and Osprey London standards within the store

• Assist with the processing of new deliveries

• Maintain shop floor stock levels and replenish as appropriate

• Comply with all company policies and procedures

• Contribute with general store tasks as and when required
