ECOMMERCE CONTENT & AUDIENCE FEED CO-ORDINATOR WANTED

We’re currently on the lookout for a web-savvy graduate to join our thriving Ecommerce team. You’ll be creating written content and attending product and model shoots, assisting in the smooth and timely launch of online content while working with data to ensure we’re maximising sales opportunities on our website.

WHAT YOU’LL BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE:

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with the sensitivity to adapt your tone in line with each audience, while remaining on brand

• Accuracy is essential within every aspect of this role

• An interest in fashion/style particularly useful

• Should be familiar with modern media & interested in what makes good design/photography

• Great time management skills and an unflappable ability to deliver multiple projects within tight deadlines

• Must appreciate the bigger picture while working on the detail

• Must be able to demonstrate high levels of numeracy

• Must be a team player, but with the ability to work under own initiative

THE EXPERIENCE YOU’LL NEED:

• Must be proficient in database usage

• Photoshop experience particularly helpful

• Ecommerce (Magento platform) experience preferred, but training provided

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT BE CONFINED TO:

WEB CONTENT CO-ORDINATION

• Creating a Critical Path for new items due to launch on our website

• Administering those items on our stock system (Prima) by monitoring and amending prices when required; monitoring stock levels to ensure we do not go out of stock unnecessarily; and setting up Pre-Orders when required.

• Creating web copy specifications for launches, chasing samples & checking against makesheets

• Product photography:

• Booking product shoots & creating briefs to ensure maximum efficiency during each one

• Collating samples

• Attending shoots to ensure output is of the highest standards/fit for purpose

• Commissioning more complex retouching where basic level in house Photoshopping not sufficient

• Administering shoot paperwork efficiently

• Housekeeping the Image Management System to ensure up to date and backed up

• Uploading approved copy and visual assets to the Content Management System of the website in a timely fashion to support an ordered launch

• Creating new product and category URLS on the CMS as required for web promotions

• Merchandising key categories as required to keep the offer looking fresh and attractive to customers

• Carrying out regular web trawls to identify errors with a view to removing and improving

• Proposing updates to key category pages, using the staging site to view what works best

• Referring to Google Analytics to look at performance of products and categories with a view to improving

• Regularly looking at competitor sites and sites in different sectors with a view to proposing improvements

• Working with the rest of the team to prepare Private Sale and Public Sale Events

• Collating samples and assisting at model photographic shoots as required

AUDIENCE FEED

• Following our channel head's briefs, building data segments within our Audience Feed to create highly targeted audiences for digital marketing campaigns for our key sales channels

• Researching trends in digital eshot campaigns: including nursery programmes; lapsed reactivation programmes; birthday programmes; gender programmes, etc

• Pulling together content for agreed campaigns, segments and programmes

• Monitoring and updating the Welcome Programme for all channels including reporting on code usage and generation of codes
