CUSTOMER SERVICE PACKER

Function of the role:

To ensure all online products are prepared and packed to the Osprey London luxury standard within the appropriate time frames

Customer Services & Web Fulfilment Manager

Head Office, Dudley Street, Luton

Working hours:

Full-time or part-time

Education requirements:

Good basic education

Experience required:

Ideally previous knowledge of luxury brands and products

Experience of packing or working in a factory type environment

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT TO BE CONFINED TO:

Packing:

• Collate pick lists and pick all products for customer orders

• Quality check all products for packing

• Pack the orders, ensuring products are packed to the Osprey London high standards

• Monitoring product stock levels – reporting low stock items to Customer Service team as required

• Ensure ongoing daily/weekly maintenance and tidying of all stock areas and packing work stations

• Replenishing all packaging supplies to packing work stations

Other duties as and when applicable:

• Assist in providing reception services; answering calls, emails, greeting guests

• Supporting the Product Returns Operative as and when required

• Supporting the QC Supervisor as and when required

• Other ad hoc duties as required
