Generously proportioned and handcrafted in our best rich black Saddle leather, The Carter is a seriously well-appointed rucksack for anyone looking for a top notch business-appropriate alternative to a briefcase.
Designed to make travelling a breeze, the reverse of the bag and the straps are padded in a quilted breathable fabric, which makes the bag light to carry and comfortable against the skin. The straps are fully adjustable to ensure you get the perfect fit, while the top handle is useful to pick up and manoeuvre the bag in a tight space on the daily commute.
The front of the bag features a zipped, separate, full-height compartment which is padded to protect your tech in transit. The main compartment of The Carter is accessed via a double zip and the well organised interior lined in khaki Cotton Twill not only offers ample space for A4-documents, but it also features a mobile phone pocket, a slip pocket and a zipped pocket for smaller items plus a second padded compartment which can hold up to a 15” laptop.

• OSPREY LONDON top of the range, tech-friendly backpack, handcrafted in characterful black Saddle leather, with the reverse made in a quilted, breathable, technical fabric both for wearer comfort and to keep the bag lightweight. • Carry on the shoulders with the two adjustable shoulder straps which are in leather on one side and in quilted technical fabric on the other for optimum comfort. Simply adjust the length of the straps by sliding the nylon webbing section through the bronzed metal buckles. • Alternatively, carry in the hand with the shaped flat leather top handle. • The bag is subtly embossed with the OSPREY LONDON logo. • The front of the backpack features a full-height separate zipped section with a smart leather zip-pull. This section is padded to protect your iPad or laptop: will hold up to a 14.5” screen. • On either side of the backpack is a shaped slip pocket. • The main interior of the bag is accessed via two metal zips with leather zip-pulls. • The well organised A4-compatible interior is lined in soft khaki Cotton Twill and features a further padded integrated tech sleeve which accommodates up to a 15” screen. It also offers a mobile phone pocket and slip pocket trimmed in leather plus a zipped pocket, framed in matching leather with a smart leather zip-pull – ideal for stashing smaller valuables on the go. Size Guide
We measure our bags in centimetres, showing height x width x depth. The last measurement given in brackets shows the height of the handle or strap from the top of the bag to the inside top of the strap or handle: this measurement indicates whether it fits over the shoulder and how freely. Great if you're looking for a bag to go over a particularly bulky coat.
