Find the right sized ring for you (or a loved one!) with our simple size guide.

If you already have a ring which fits the proposed finger well:

Carefully draw around the inner circumference of that ring

Measure the diameter of that ring at the widest point

Compare that measurement with the sizes in millimetres below or on the page of the product you like. If you are between sizes, try the nearest next size up

If you don’t already have a ring which fits the proposed finger, you can measure your finger like this:

Take a piece of non-stretch string or a strip of paper and wrap it around the base of your finger

Find a piece of non-stretchy string about 6cm long, or a strip of paper about 6cm long and 1/4cm wide

Using a pen, mark the point where it overlaps to form a complete circle

Compare the length marked with the size in millimetres below. If you are between sizes, order the larger size

Always measure your hands when you are warm

The fingers on the hand you write with are usually fractionally bigger than those on your other hand
