Covid security for our warehouse & head office team

As you would expect, we are fully compliant with the government’s social distancing guidelines to keep everyone safe. We continue to follow the government guidelines on the wearing of masks and hand hygiene, plus we have hand sanitiser stations throughout our warehouse and offices.

 

Contactless delivery for online orders

Our courier partners are offering a minimal contact or contact-free delivery service at this time. Please check any tracking instructions you receive after your order has been shipped for further information.

STORES

Shopping with us in store

We’re looking forward to welcoming you back to our English and Welsh stores from 12th April and in Scotland from 26th April 2021. Our store locator page is updated regularly and is the best way to check individual store opening hours: please click here to view.

Our stores are covid-secure

We are following all government safety and social distancing guidelines and have completed a full risk assessment for all of our stores to ensure they are covid-secure for both you and our team members.

We are cleaning our stores regularly, with extra special care and attention to the busiest areas. You will see hand sanitisers at the entrance to each store and at the cash desk.

Please ensure you wear a mask when visiting our stores in line with government regulations unless you are medically exempt.


Cashless payments preferred

As with most retailers, as part of our covid-secure measures, cashless payments are preferred please. All credit and debit cards are accepted, and e-receipts are being given for purchases in store.

 

Store returns

We’ve extended our store returns policy and will now be accepting items purchased from 30th October – 24th December for up to 30 days after our stores re-open, provided they are unused, with tags attached and are accompanied by a receipt or relevant credit card statement.
