Re-opening our stores
Over half of our stores have now reopened and our teams have worked hard to make sure that we can all shop safely. We're all looking forward to welcoming you back into store, whenever you're ready.
Opening times are subject to change but our store locator page is updated regularly and is the best way to check which store is open and when: click here to view.
Our stores are Covid-Secure
We have completed a full risk assessment for all of our stores to ensure we are Covid-Secure. Our team members will be happy to guide you around the store and answer any questions you may have. These are unusual times but we’re sure that we can navigate them together with a little give and take!
We are following all government safety and social distancing guidelines and every team member has their own individual face shield for your safety and theirs.
You will see hand sanitiser at the entrance to each store and at the cash desk.
Baskets are cleaned after each customer has used one and we are cleaning our stores regularly, with extra special care and attention to the busiest areas.
Cashless payments only
Our stores are now completely cashless. All credit and debit cards are accepted and e-receipts are being given for all purchases in store.
We’ve extended our store returns policy and will now be accepting returns up to 30 days after our stores re-open. For more information about returns click here.

We appreciate it! Our small team is working hard behind the scenes to get your order out to you as quickly as we can. UK orders are all being delivered well within 7 working days at the moment. You can read the latest status update on our Delivery Options here.
Covid security for our warehouse & head office team
With the majority of our team in furlough, we are currently operating with a much smaller team than normal to ensure that we comply with the government’s social distancing guidelines.
As you would expect, we are also following the government guidelines on hand hygiene, plus we have hand sanitiser stations throughout our warehouse and offices.
Contactless delivery for online orders
Our courier partners are offering a minimal contact or contact-free delivery service at this time. Please check any tracking instructions you receive after your order has been shipped for further information.
