You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason: cooling off period. However, as our aim is to create beautiful products that you will enjoy using, any information that you can provide will be helpful.

 

The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire - or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires - physical possession of the goods.

 

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us within the 14 days of receipt of goods of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement in writing either with or without this Withdrawal Form, to be sent by email to customerservice@ospreylondon.com, or by post to our Customer Service Department, OSPREY LONDON, PO Box 1292, LUTON, LU1 9GF. You are advised to keep a copy and a sent receipt. A printed copy of the Withdrawal Form is sent with every purchase.

 

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.



Effects of cancellation


  • If you cancel this contract and we receive the goods intact, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the cost of of standard delivery to you (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery from us other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

  • Goods should be returned to our Customer Service Department, OSPREY LONDON, PO Box 1292, LUTON, LU1 9GF without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us using a trackable shipping method. The deadline will be met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. Please note that you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods to us.

  • We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for the loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you such as the removal of tags and packaging and the like. You are only liable for diminished value of the goods resulting from your handling of them, other than that which is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

  • We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than 14 working days after the day we receive back from you the goods supplied.

  • We will make the reimbursement by the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
