STORE MANAGER

Where: Our Ashford outlet store

When: 5 days/ 40 hours per week, across Monday-Sunday and as necessitates the fulfilment of the role

Reporting to: Senior Retail Manager

Education Requirements: Min GCSE English & Maths (Grade 4 & above)

The role: 

Responsible for the smooth running and success of the store.  Providing and inspiring excellent, on-brand customer service to drive and exceed sales targets.  Managing operational functions and developing your team to ensure maximum profitability and compliance with company procedures.

MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Where: Based at our stables in Great Gaddesden

With: Marketing team

When: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week

Reporting to: Head of Marketing

The role: 

Supporting the marketing and promotional activity of our brand, this exciting role focuses primarily on the creation and implementation of our retail stores marketing strategy to drive sales and customer engagement and develop localised brand profile.

DEPUTY STORE MANAGER

Where: Battlers Green Farm, Radlett

When: 5 days/ 40 hours per week, across Monday-Sunday and as necessitates the fulfilment of the role; part-time hours would be considered

Reporting to: Store Manager

Education Requirements: Min GCSE English & Maths (Grade 4 & above)

The role: 

To assist the Store Manager with the smooth running and success of the store.  Providing and inspiring excellent, on-brand customer service to drive and exceed sales targets.  Managing operational functions and developing your team to ensure maximum profitability and compliance with company procedures.
